Intro: Hello boys and girls today I will be talking to you about sleep and exercise for teens. We have been doing health for over 5 weeks. And for the past 2 weeks, we have been talking about sleep, What to do before you go to bed. Exercise, What kinds of exercise can help the human body to grow healthy food for teens: since yesterday me and my team, ken and Jed have been working on a healthy menu for teens and what they should eat to help them grow. List: Weetbix with milk for breakfast. fruit salad spring or tap water and rice for lunch.potato bake corn and sinigang for dinner.

Sleep: The common sleep span is from 8:30 or 9:00 to 7:00 in the morning so you have an hour to get your stuff ready to leave for school. What are some things that you should do before you go to school? Have a shower, brush your teeth or read a book. Exercise: What are some facts you learnt from the video? Exercising helps people with diabetes. I also learnt that the human heart is a muscle. When you start to breathe faster your blood needs oxergn. And lastly exercising helps the human brain have a longer memory span.
